Biodynamics is all about vitality; this vitality comes about by enlivening the soil with a unique horn manure preparation and composts made with the aid of herbal-based compost preparations. Plants are stimulated to reach there archetypal form by an atmospheric spray prepared from finely ground quartz crystal.
Biodynamics is a holistic form of farming that offers its consumer’s wine that expresses our ‘Domaine’s’ true character and regenerates the farm. I can’t believe other farmers force consumers to eat their dead, lifeless food and wine. I find most of the world’s wines and foods produced today expressionless and tasteless due to natural and artificial inputs brought in from outside their ‘Domaine’ and sadly some of these inputs are poisonous herbicides, fungicides and fertilizers.
Biodynamic produce doesn’t need these inputs; instead we build soil by trapping carbon from the air; taking away your carbon footprint. You will be able to share in wines that are unadulterated. Our wines are expressive and unique not only because we are biodynamic, but because we are good farmers.
